How to order custom t-shirts in Las Vegas without overpaying or missing the date.
Quantity picks the method. At two dozen or more shirts with one to three ink colors, screen printing gives the lowest cost per piece and the most durable print. Under a dozen, or with photo-style artwork that has more colors than a screen run can carry economically, DTF or DTG wins. Print locations drive cost more than shirt color does. A left-chest logo plus a full back is two setups and two passes. If the back print is the point, consider dropping the front to a small one-color mark. The Las Vegas summer is a garment decision. Crews working outdoors from May through September do better in a moisture-wicking polyester tee than in heavy cotton, and employers must follow the Nevada OSHA heat-illness rules regardless. Roadway and utility crews need ANSI 107 hi-vis, which is decorated only within the manufacturer's guidance.
