3. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)
Bighorn Threads operates two separate, opt-in text-messaging programs. You may opt in to either, both, or neither by checking the corresponding consent box on a form at bighornthreads.com (for example, our contact / quote page or an event sign-up page), or by giving us your number with written consent at an in-person event:
- Bighorn Threads Customer Care (non-marketing) — quote follow-ups, order and artwork-proof updates, production and delivery status, and appointment reminders. Estimated frequency: typically 2–6 messages per active order.
- Bighorn Threads Promotions (marketing) — special offers, discounts, new products, and seasonal promotions. Estimated frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive texts is not required to request a quote, place an order, or otherwise do business with us.Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to unsubscribe from that program; reply HELPor INFO for assistance; or contact us at (702) 904-8923 or[email protected]. After you opt out we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts from that program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full text-message program terms are described in our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. 4. Email Communications
We send transactional emails (quotes, proofs, order updates, invoices) as part of doing business with you. If you opt in, we may also send occasional marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also email [email protected] to opt out. Opting out of marketing email does not stop transactional messages about an active order.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose information to the providers below for business, measurement, and advertising purposes. Some laws may define certain advertising disclosures as “sharing.”
- Service providers / subcontractors: companies that help us operate, such as our CRM and messaging provider (HighLevel / LeadConnector), website hosting and security (Cloudflare), analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel), visitor identification (IDPixel), product-data and supplier partners (e.g., SAGE and apparel suppliers/decorators), payment processors, and shipping carriers.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bighorn Threads, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business; any successor will be bound by this Policy.
We never sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
6. Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses cookies, browser storage, pixels, and similar technologies. Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and IDPixel help us measure traffic, form activity, and marketing performance. IDPixel also assigns a browser identifier so returning visits can be recognized. These providers may receive device, browser, page, identifier, and network information under their own privacy terms.
We treat first-touch and last-touch attribution in your browser as expired after 90 days. We remove expired records when you next use the Site. Session landing information remains until your browser session ends. We record only the origin of an external referring site, not its full page path. When you submit a form, we may send the stored attribution, click identifiers, conversion page, and a unique lead identifier to HighLevel. This connects inquiries with the marketing that led to them.
You can block or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may affect measurement or some Site features. You can opt out of Google Analytics through theGoogle Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We keep records of SMS and email consent (including the date, the form used, and the consent language shown) for as long as you are opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to document compliance.
We treat browser-based first-touch and last-touch attribution as expired after 90 days. We remove expired records when you next use the Site. Submitted attribution may remain with the related CRM record under the business and legal retention purposes above.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Nevada privacy law, NRS Chapter 603A, and the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA), you may have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as sharing under applicable law; and
