Jobsite Branding

Custom hard hat stickers and decals that survive the Las Vegas sun.

Bighorn Threads supplies custom hard hat stickers and logo decals for Las Vegas crews: outdoor-rated vinyl company logos, worker name and role labels, certification stripes, and project decals, sized and placed within the hard hat manufacturer's guidance. Produced through vetted partners and quoted in writing.

What You Get

A decal set that brands the crew and keeps the rating.

Vinyl that lasts

Outdoor-rated cast vinyl with a UV laminate, cut to your logo, so the decal survives Las Vegas sun, sweat, and a season of jobsite abuse.

Placement the maker allows

Decal size and location follow the hard hat manufacturer's guidance, confirmed before quoting, so a sticker never interferes with inspection or the shell rating.

Name, role, and cert sets

Company logo up front, worker name and role on the side, certification stripes on the back. Ordered as a set per worker or as bulk sheets.

Pairs with branded hard hats

Order decals alone for the hard hats you already issue, or with new hard hats through the custom hard hat page.

Decal Types

Six decals a crew actually uses.

Most crews run a logo up front, a name on the side, and certification stripes on the back. Sizes are cut to the specific hard hat model.

The Buyer's Read

Decals, hard hat ratings, and the desert: what to get right.

A hard hat is rated equipment, so the first question is not the logo, it is the shell. OSHA's position is that decals are acceptable when the manufacturer allows them, and most manufacturers do, with conditions: an adhesive that will not attack the shell, a placement that leaves the shell inspectable, and no decal over a crack or gouge. Our OSHA and ANSI Z89.1 decal guide walks through the manufacturer language, and Bighorn confirms the guidance for your model before quoting.

The Las Vegas climate is the second question. A calendared vinyl or paper sticker curls at the edges after one summer on a jobsite. Outdoor-rated cast vinyl with a UV laminate, the same material used for fleet graphics, holds its color and edge through years of sun. Application matters too: a shell wiped clean and dry, a decal pressed from the center out, and a day before the crew sweats on it.

Decals do a safety job as well as a branding job. A name on the side lets a superintendent call a worker across a site. A role label in a fixed color, such as red for Safety or white for Foreman, lets everyone identify who is who on a multi-employer site. Certification stripes on the back settle "who here is forklift certified" without a phone call. The custom hard hats buyer's guide covers how crews organize the set.

Reflective decals help night visibility but they are not hi-vis apparel. Roadway and utility crews still need ANSI 107 garments, and custom safety vests are decorated only within the manufacturer's guidance for the same reason a hard hat decal is.

Decals are the cheapest piece of a crew brand and the one most often skipped. Order them with the hard hats, alongside the work shirts, and as part of the new-hire kit so a worker's first day on site already looks like the rest of the crew. FAQ

Hard hat decal questions, answered.

Can you put stickers on a hard hat?

In most cases, yes. OSHA defers to the hard hat manufacturer, and most manufacturers allow decals as long as the adhesive is compatible with the shell, the decal does not cover cracks or the inspection area, and it is not applied over damage. Bighorn confirms the guidance for your specific model before quoting. See the OSHA and ANSI Z89 decal guide for the details.

How much do custom hard hat stickers cost?

Cost depends on the size, the vinyl, whether the decal is die-cut or a printed shape, and quantity. A company logo decal in bulk is inexpensive per piece; personalized name labels cost more because each one is unique. Bighorn quotes the decal set in writing.

What is the minimum order for hard hat decals?

Decals run in small quantities, and name labels are printed per worker, so a crew of five is a normal order. Current minimums and setup are confirmed in the quote.

Will the stickers peel in the Las Vegas heat?

Calendared vinyl and paper stickers do. Outdoor-rated cast vinyl with a UV laminate is made for vehicle and equipment use in desert conditions and holds up on a hard hat through the summer. Application on a clean, dry shell matters as much as the material.

Can the decal be reflective?

Reflective vinyl is available where the hard hat manufacturer permits it. It improves visibility at night but does not replace ANSI 107 hi-vis apparel required for roadway or utility work.

Do you supply the hard hats too?

Yes. Order decals alone for the hard hats you already issue, or pair them with branded hard hats from MSA, 3M, Pyramex, Lift, and other makers through the custom hard hat page. The employer selects the hard hat from the hazard assessment.

Can each worker get their own name on their hard hat?

Yes. Send a crew list with names and roles and each worker gets a labeled set. Replacement labels for new hires are reordered from the same file.

Where can I get custom hard hat stickers in Las Vegas?
